To Jason Parisella and Steve Archer:
I want to take this opportunity to commend Linda Turcotte of Keller Williams for all of her help in selling my cousin’s house in Danvers. Right from the start, the information she provided was helpful, realistic and reliable. Linda was always available by email, text or phone. The steps she outlined when we first met worked just as planned, and the house was sold within the time frame that I had hoped for.
However, there were so many other ways that Linda made the sale go smoothly. Since I live at a distance from Danvers, it was going to be difficult for me to be there for inspections, the locksmith, the cleaners, the oil tank reading, and more. That Linda was always willing to be available for those chores was a God-send. She was also able to hire an excellent handy man to turn a cluttered cellar into a spacious one. She even oversaw the sale of furniture in the house!
Part of the reason that I chose Linda to be the realtor for 116 Conant St. was that I had seen on her website that she has a strong connection to the community and is involved in helping community organizations. I think that turned out to be a good indicator of how hard she would work for the sale of the house.
I am very thankful that it was Linda who worked with me on the sale. She made the daunting process of selling a house as stress free as possible. She really went above and beyond what I would have expected.
